After spending the last three decades disparaging hip-hop and rap as a violent, degrading influence on the children and demonizing hip-hop artists as exploitative thugs, the conservative movement has recently made several forays into the genre, with predictably hilarious results.

Maybe the saddest thing about this guy is that he seems to consider himself a serious artist, even though the generic production quality of the track and his slow, labored cadence must be obvious to even him. Adopting a conservative or patriotic viewpoint to make up for lack of talent is fairly common in country music, but I don't think its ever been tried in rap, so I suppose credit is due for that. Especially considering the competition:
No, that's not a parody. "Christan Side Hug" is an actual song produced by Encounter Generation, an abstinence only organization, in order to warn youths about the dangers of fully clothed genital contact. What confuses me are the shots that ring out at the beginning and end of the song, apparently gun violence is acceptable as long as you don't hug your girl from behind.
Bill Hicks recognized this effort to co-opt popular music in order to push a right-wing agenda decades ago and got some great material out of it. Warning, this is as NSFW as it gets:
